This is the first detailed and richly illustrated manual on the ancient practice of Dream Yoga as taught in Yungdrung Bon, the spiritual tradition of Tibet which sterns from the central Asian Buddha Tonga Shenrab Miwo, who predates the more widely known Indian Buddha Shakyamuni by thousands of years. Here the author teaches from a text written by an early Bonpo sage on the root text for dream yoga practice from the mother Tantra.
