A group of experts in the different fields provide an update of our current knowledge on this topic. Several papers in this book discuss the key role of nitrogen in the atmospheric evolution of terrestrial planets. The earliest setting and evolution of planetary atmospheres of terrestrial planets is directly associated with accretion, chemical differentiation, outgassing, stochastic impacts, and extremely high energy fluxes from their host stars. This book provides an overview of the present knowledge of the initial atmospheric composition of the terrestrial planets. Additionally it includes some papers about the current exoplanet discoveries and provides additional clues to our understanding of Earth’s transition from a hot accretionary phase into a habitable world. All papers included were reviewed by experts in their respective fields.We are living in an epoch of important exoplanet discoveries, but current properties of these exoplanets do not match our scientific predictions using standard terrestrial planet models. Hegels Kritik an Kants praktischer Philosophie wurde in der Rezeptionsgeschichte zumeist anhand des Begriffspaares „Moralität und Sittlichkeit“ erörtert. Masterarbeit aus dem Jahr 2020 im Fachbereich Psychologie - Wirtschaftspsychologie, Note: 2, FHWien der WKW (Communication Management), Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Ziel der Masterarbeit ist das Herausarbeiten der Aspekte der Unternehmenskultur, die die Mitarbeiterbindung von Fachkräften innerhalb eines Unternehmens im Allgemeinen und im Pharmaaußendienst im Speziellen beeinflussen. Dazu wird die Forschungsfrage gestellt, welche Kriterien für MitarbeiterInnen besonders relevant sind, um eine langfristige und qualitativ hochwertige Mitarbeiterbindung zu gewährleisten. Präzisiert wird diese Hauptforschungsfrage auf der einen Seite durch die theoretischen Subforschungsfragen, welche maßgeblichen Faktoren Unternehmenskulturen grundsätzlich auszeichnen, welche Einflüsse das Mitarbeiter-Commitment in diesem Zusammenhang hat und wie sich der theoretische Zusammenhang zwischen Unternehmenskultur und Commitment darstellt. Auf der anderen Seite werden empirische Subforschungsfragen nach der Wahrnehmung der Unternehmenskultur durch MitarbeiterInnen sowie der erlebbareren Gestaltung von Unternehmenskultur im Pharmaaußendienst gestellt. Zur Beantwortung der Forschungsfrage wurden qualitative leitfadengestützte ExpertInneninterviews verwendet. Die Auswertung erfolgte mithilfe der induktiven Vorgehensweise der zusammenfassenden qualitativen Inhaltsanalyse nach Mayring (2015). Anhand der Umfrageergebnisse konnten die Faktoren des respektvollen Umgangs miteinander innerhalb des Unternehmens, was u.a. nicht nur eine offene Kommunikation z.B. mittels regelmäßiger Feedbacks, sondern auch eine angemessene Wertschätzung impliziert, selbstständiges Arbeiten auf einer Vertrauensbasis und die Übertragung von Verantwortung herausgearbeitet werden. Ferner scheint die Rolle der Führungskraft entscheidend für ein erfolgreiches Commitment zu sein. Auffällig ist zudem die Mehrfachnennung unsichtbarer Faktoren einer Unternehmenskultur, die die Basis derselben, aber auch der sichtbaren Faktoren bilden. MitarbeiterInnen müssen sich mit den Normen und Werten ihres Unternehmens identifizieren, sowohl um die Unternehmenskultur authentisch nach außen tragen zu können als auch um im Sinne der Mitarbeiterbindung langjährig im Unternehmen zu verbleiben. Des Weiteren ist auffällig, dass alle gefundenen Kategorien nicht für sich allein gesehen werden können, sondern in einem engen Zusammenhang miteinander stehen.
