This book provides an overview of the present knowledge of the initial atmospheric composition of the terrestrial planets. Additionally it includes some papers about the current exoplanet discoveries and provides additional clues to our understanding of Earth’s transition from a hot accretionary phase into a habitable world. All papers included were reviewed by experts in their respective fields.We are living in an epoch of important exoplanet discoveries, but current properties of these exoplanets do not match our scientific predictions using standard terrestrial planet models. This book deals with the main physio-chemical signatures and processes that could be useful to better understand the formation of rocky planets.

Hegels Kritik an Kants praktischer Philosophie wurde in der Rezeptionsgeschichte zumeist anhand des Begriffspaares „Moralität und Sittlichkeit“ erörtert. Die Frage, welche Auswirkungen diese Kritik auf die einzelnen Kategorien der Rechtsmetaphysik hat, wurde demgegenüber kaum gestellt. Masterarbeit aus dem Jahr 2020 im Fachbereich Psychologie - Wirtschaftspsychologie, Note: 2, FHWien der WKW (Communication Management), Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Ziel der Masterarbeit ist das Herausarbeiten der Aspekte der Unternehmenskultur, die die Mitarbeiterbindung von Fachkraften innerhalb eines Unternehmens im Allgemeinen und im Pharmaauendienst im Speziellen beeinflussen. Dazu wird die Forschungsfrage gestellt, welche Kriterien fur MitarbeiterInnen besonders relevant sind, um eine langfristige und qualitativ hochwertige Mitarbeiterbindung zu gewahrleisten. Prazisiert wird diese Hauptforschungsfrage auf der einen Seite durch die theoretischen Subforschungsfragen, welche ma geblichen Faktoren Unternehmenskulturen grundsatzlich auszeichnen, welche Einflusse das Mitarbeiter-Commitment in diesem Zusammenhang hat und wie sich der theoretische Zusammenhang zwischen Unternehmenskultur und Commitment darstellt. Auf der anderen Seite werden empirische Subforschungsfragen nach der Wahrnehmung der Unternehmenskultur durch MitarbeiterInnen sowie der erlebbareren Gestaltung von Unternehmenskultur im Pharmaau endienst gestellt. Zur Beantwortung der Forschungsfrage wurden qualitative leitfadengestutzte ExpertInneninterviews verwendet. Die Auswertung erfolgte mithilfe der induktiven Vorgehensweise der zusammenfassenden qualitativen Inhaltsanalyse nach Mayring (2015). Anhand der Umfrageergebnisse konnten die Faktoren des respektvollen Umgangs miteinander innerhalb des Unternehmens, was u.a. nicht nur eine offene Kommunikation z.B. mittels regelma iger Feedbacks, sondern auch eine angemessene Wertschatzung impliziert, selbststandiges Arbeiten auf einer Vertrauensbasis und die Ubertragung von Verantwortung herausgearbeitet werden. Ferner scheint die Rolle der Fuhrungskraft entscheidend fur ein erfolgreiches Commitment zu sein. Auffallig ist zudem die Mehrfachnennung unsichtbarer Faktoren einer Unternehmenskultur, die die Basis derselben, aber auch der sichtbaren Faktoren bilden. MitarbeiterInnen mussen sich mit den Normen und Werten ihres Unternehmens identifizieren, sowohl um die Unternehmenskultur authentisch nach au en tragen zu konnen als auch um im Sinne der Mitarbeiterbindung langjahrig im Unternehmen zu verbleiben. Des Weiteren ist auffallig, dass alle gefundenen Kategorien nicht fur sich allein gesehen werden konnen, sondern in einem engen Zusammenhang miteinander stehen. Die Summe der Kategorien macht eine wertvolle Unternehmenskultur mit entsprechendem Commitment aus.
