Basta con ver que la apelación más común a estos por parte de la ciudadanía inquietada o conmovida se reduce a reprochar a los agentes de un mal social que podría haberse evitado con solo haber antepuesto ciertas moderaciones y precauciones en lo que pueda afectar al otro. Del lado del experto académico, por lo general emocionalmente comedido, esta atención que la injusticia despierta sobre el tema de los Derechos Humanos se aborda desde áreas disciplinares muy distintas que comportan una necesidad de enseñanza, pero cuya falta de conexión hace difícil su aplicación en el comportamiento cotidiano, en el que no solemos tener presentes estos conocimientos, ya sea por su excesivo tecnicismo ya por su elevada abstracción. No obstante, si reconocemos en nuestra inquietud la importancia de estos principios como un instrumento real, serio y efectivo, para la prosecución de una verdadera justicia social que pueda ser cimiento para la concordia, resulta conveniente un trabajo interdisciplinar que, como este, ciñéndose al sentido propio de los Derechos Humanos (los considerados tradicionales y los aún en ciernes), intente llevar a cabo una verdadera concreción sobre su exigencia, a sabiendas de que toda posible (y futura) garantía de salvaguarda se asienta en este reconocimiento sobre el que entendemos que ha de incidir una cuidadosa educación.
