The International Conference on eParticipation is supported by IFIP WG 8. 5 (Inter- tional Federation for Information Processing Working Group 8. 5 on Information S- tems in Public Administration). Organized annually, it is a show-case for research and practice in the multidisciplinary ?eld of eParticipation. ePart is committed to reviewing research advances and case studies in social and technologicalscienti?c domains, seeking to demonstratenew concepts, methods, styles and enabling technologies of eParticipation. It brings together researchers from a wide range of academic disciplines and provides the scienti?c community with a platform for discussing and advancing the latest research ?ndings. ePart 2010 continued the success of the last ePart conference.
