Recensioner i media
At this moment in our nation's history, when churches are among the few free spaces where honest yet difficult efforts at racial reckoning can be made, this carefully researched volume is a crucial contribution for scholars and religious practitioners alike. Most importantly, the detailed ethnographic research demonstrates clearly-as those of us who have participated in anti-racism efforts have seen-that knowledge about institutional constraints, skill, and patience must accompany good intentions.
