Dr Shagrir was awarded a Distinguished Fulbright Award in Teaching ・ 2009, to conduct research in Vanderbilt University, USA.Smadar Bar-Tal is a senior researcher and lecturer, a leader in the field of online teaching and learning, at the Center for Innovative and Optimal Teaching at the Levinsky College of Education in Israel.
