Professor Ganapati D. Yadav currently holds the titles of Emeritus Professor of Eminence and J.C. Bose National Fellow in the Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT), and is an Adjunct Professor at University of Saskatchewan, Canada; and is Conjoint Professor at the University of New Castle, Australia. Dr. Yadav was conferred the Padma Shri, the fourth highest civilian honor, by the President of India in 2016 for his outstanding contributions to Science and Engineering. He has been recipient of two honorary doctorates: D. Sc. (Hon. Causa, DYPU) and D. Eng. (Hon. Causa, NIT Agartala). Dr. Yadav has supervised 103 Doctoral and 125 Masters theses, 43 post-doctoral fellows, several summer fellows, and research staff.
