    Beskrivning

Technological Applications of Fungal Enzymes in Biorefinery and Bioproducts Development provides a thorough understanding of technological advances and utilization of fungal enzymes for the development of useful products through using advanced microbial biotechnological techniques. This is the second of two volumes that provide a comprehensive overview of the utilization of fungal enzymes for biorefinery and bioproduct development. Volume 2 discusses basic and technological interventions in fungal enzyme applications exploring biotechnological strategies and how they can address challenges and solutions in the processes involved in fungal enzyme applications. The book also offers practical examples and case studies of technology advances in fungal enzyme-mediated development of biofuels and bioproducts. In combination with Volume 1, this book offers a holistic view of the potential and challenges of engineered fungal enzymes for researchers, scientists, and industry professionals seeking to deepen their knowledge of fungal enzymes and their role in biochemical advances.

    • Explores the role of metabolic and genetic engineering approaches for enhanced activity of fungal enzymes
    • Discusses the advantages of the fungal enzymes in biorefinery applications over other physical and chemical methods
    • Reviews novel technologies for improvement of fungal enzymes applications
