Plucker, PhD, is a Professor of Educational Psychology and Cognitive Science at Indiana University, where he directs the Center for Evaluation and Education Policy.John Baer, PhD, is a Professor of Educational Psychology at Rider University in Lawrenceville, New Jersey.
