Volume Two covers topics broadly connected with ordinary differental equations: special functions, integral transforms, asymptotics and continued fractions. Volume Three details discrete fourier analysis, cauchy integrals, construction of conformal maps, univalent functions, potential theory in the plane and polynomial expansions.
