    Timo Ehmke is a professor of educational research at the Leuphana University of Lüneburg, Germany. His work focuses on teacher education, language and education, culturally responsive teaching, and large-scale assessments. He is senior editor of Cogent Education and is a (co-)author of more than 160 research contributions.John Chi-Kin Lee is the president and chair professor at The Education University of Hong Kong, specializing in curriculum and instruction, teacher development, and educational research. He has held various academic leadership roles, authored over 25 books, and is a renowned expert in education globally.
