Literary Translation and the Nobel Prize

Paul Tenngart is Associate Professor of Comparative Literature at Lund University, Sweden. His has published articles on Swedish and French poetry, politics and ideology, prose translations from Swedish to English, translation patterns from and to semi-peripheral positions, and Anthropocene fiction.Karl Ågerup is Professor of Comparative Literature at Södertörn University, Sweden. His academic work primarily explores the intersection of literature and politics, with a particular focus on the reception of French literature. His research also investigates the pedagogical dimensions of provocative literature, specifically through the concept of "didafiction".
