Dr. Ahmed A. Elngar is an Associate Professor and Head of the Computer Science Department at the Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence, Beni-Suef University, Egypt. Dr. Elngar is also an Associate Professor of Computer Science at the College of Computer Information Technology, American University in the Emirates, United Arab Emirates. Also, Dr. AE is an Adjunct Professor at the School of Technology, Woxsen University, India. Dr. AE is the Founder and Head of the Scientific Innovation Research Group (SIRG). Dr. AE is the Director of the Technological and Informatics Studies Center (TISC), Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence, Beni-Suef University. Dr. AE has published more than 150 scientific research papers in prestigious international journals and authored over 35 books, covering diverse topics such as data mining, intelligent systems, social networks, and innovative environments. Dr. AE is a collaborative researcher. He is a member of the Egyptian Mathematical Society (EMS) and International Rough Set Society (IRSS). His other research areas include the Internet of Things (IoT), Network Security, Intrusion Detection, Machine Learning, Data Mining, and Artificial Intelligence. She has more than 13 years teaching experience. She has published 2 Books in National publication and 10 edited books Scopus indexed. She has 53 Scopus indexed documents inclusing books, research papers and book chapters. She has 7 Patents granted. She has received two best paper awards. She has 22 research papers in UGC approved journals and 15 papers presented in International and National conferences. She has acted as conference chair in five international conferences. She is reviewer of 4 reputed journals. She has done her Ph.D. in Management (Finance) ‘A study on risk management tools and techniques in life insurance industry in India’ from University of Kota (Rajasthan) in 2017. She has also worked as Teaching Assistant in S.V. National Institute of Technology (NIT), Surat (Institute of National Importance under Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India). Her areas of interest are Blockchain, finance, Banking and insurance. David Samuel Azariya serves as Assistant Professor and Head of the Center for Free and Open-Source Software at Sona College of Technology, India. He is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Anna University, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. He has completed Diploma in Electronics and Communications and Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology and Master of Engineering in Computer and Communication Engineering. He is actively engaged in the research area of data visualization, computer vision, deep learning and IoT. He has published various research papers in Springer and IEEE conferences related to research domain. He is the member of IEI and ISTE professional society.Dr. Diego Oliva is an associate professor at the Department of Computer Sciences of the University of Guadalajara in the University Center of Exact Sciences and Engineering that is located in Jalisco, Mexico. He was an invited professor at the Tomsk Polytechnic University (TPU) in Russia for the academic year 2016 – 2017. Since 2020, He is part of the TPU as invited researcher. He worked in the research group of Evolutionary Computation and Machine Learning. His primary activity is research in Computer Science, especially in the fields of image processing, machine learning, soft computing and particularly in metaheuristic algorithms. He teaches different courses in the Computer Science Department and advise students from Bachelor, Masters and Ph. D. programs.Valentina E. Balas is currently Full Professor in the Department of Automatics and Applied Software at the Faculty of Engineering, “Aurel Vlaicu” University of Arad, Romania. She holds a Ph.D. Cum Laude, in Applied Electronics and Telecommunications from Polytechnic University of Timisoara. Dr. Balas is the author of more than 400 research papers. She is the Editor-in Chief to International Journal of Advanced Intelligence Paradigms (IJAIP) and to International Journal of Computational Systems Engineering (IJCSysE), member in Editorial Board of international journals and is evaluator for international projects and PhD Thesis. Dr. Balas is the Head of Intelligent Systems Research Centre in Aurel Vlaicu University of Arad. She served as General Chair of the International Workshop Soft Computing and Applications (SOFA) in the interval 2005-2022. Dr. Balas is a member of the specialized committee "Computers, Information Technology, and Systems Engineering" of the National Council for Attestation of University Titles, Diplomas, and Certificates for the 2024-2028 term. Dr. Balas participated in many international conferences as Honorary Chair and Keynote Speaker. Recently she was working on a project with EU funding support: BioCell-NanoART = Novel Bio-inspired Cellular Nano-Architectures - For Digital Integrated Circuits, 3M Euro. She is a member of European Society for Fuzzy Logic and Technology (EUSFLAT), member of SPIE and an IEEE Senior Member, During the interval 2021-2022 she was a member of IEEE European Public Policy Committee Working Group on ICT. From May 2023 Dr. Balas is an associate member of Romanian Academy of Scientists. She is recipient of the "Tudor Tanasescu" Prize from the Romanian Academy for contributions in the field of soft computing methods (2019), “Stefan Odobleja” Prize from Romanian Academy of Scientists (2023 and 2024) and Diploma – Section Information Technology from The General Association of the Engineers in Romania 2023.
