Recensioner i media

"A Companion to Roman Italy will be of interest to a wide public and shows that the study of the Greek and Roman civilizations is anything but 'dry as dust.'"—Peter Wellburn, Reference Reviews, Vol 30 No 8 "The wonderful thing about A Companion To Roman Italy is the sheer breadth of subject matter. Within this book are essays by twenty four academics... whose contributions build toward a coherent and deeply insightful picture of Italy under Roman rule, covering the political, cultural, economic, social, and historical relationships of those peninsular regions surrounding the eternal city."—Marc Ollard, UNRV.com
