M. Ronald Buckley is the JC Penney Company Chair of BusinessLeadership and a Professor of Management and Professor of Psychology at theMichael F. Price College of Business at the University of Oklahoma, USA. Hereceived his PhD from Auburn University, USA. He has published numerousarticles in the area of Human Resources Management on topics includingperformance evaluation and leadership.Anthony R. Wheeler is the Dean of the College of Businessand Public Management at West Chester University of Pennsylvania, USA. Hecompleted his PhD at the University of Oklahoma, USA, and his undergraduatedegree at the University of Maryland in College Park, USA. He has publishedbook chapters and peer-reviewed journal articles on the topics of employeeturnover and retention, employee fit, and employee well-being.Jonathon R.B. Halbesleben is the Senior Associate Dean andRussell Professor of Business Administration for the Culverhouse College ofBusiness at the University of Alabama, USA. He received his PhD from theUniversity of Oklahoma, USA. He has published several books and over 90 journalarticles on topics such as stress, burnout, work and family issues, and employeeengagement.
