Claire Pedrick and Lucia Baldelli are ICF Master Certified Coaches with thousands of coaching hours. Running coach training companies with global reach, they speak at international conferences. Lucia brings 20+ years of experience in Organisational Coaching. She is a Coaching Certification Reviewer and the 3rd MCC in the world for the Agile space. Claire wrote Simplifying Coaching and holds the Outstanding Contribution to Coaching Award 2022 from Henley Management College.
