His major research interests involve cloning, characterization and expression of genes regulating early embryonic loss, molecular characterization and expression of hormone receptors, impact of stress on maternal recognition of pregnancy etc. He has published over 150 research publications in various National/International journals and presented more than 30 papers at various National/International Conferences. Dr. Mondal's pioneering and path breaking contribution in sheep and buffalo genomics has been recognized nationally and has received several prestigious awards.Pankaj Singh (Edited By) Dr. Pankaj Singh is presently working as Assistant Professor at Department of Biotechnology, Dr. Rammanohar Lohia Avadh University, Ayodhya, India.Ram Lakhan Singh (Edited By) Professor Ram Lakhan Singh is presently holding the position of Vice-Chancellor, Nilamber- Pitamber University, Medininagar, Palamu, Jharkhand. He has been on the Board of Management of Madan Mohan Malviya University of Technology, Gorakhpur and Member of Executive Council of Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith, Varanasi. Professor Singh held the position of Professor of Biochemistry and Coordinator, Biotechnology Programme at Dr. Rammanohar Lohia Avadh University, Ayodhya, India prior to joining this assignment. He also held positions of Head, Departments of Biochemistry and Environmental Science; Dean, Faculty of Science; Dean, Students' Welfare and Director, Institute of Engineering & Technology in the same University. He has 35 years of experience as teacher and 43 years as researcher.
