Bernard Deacon is a retired former Senior Lecturer in Cornish Studies and History at the Institute of Cornish Studies, Dick Cole is Leader of Mebyon Kernow and an elected member of Cornwall Council, and Garry Tregidga is Assistant Director of the Institute of Cornish Studies.
