(1980, Basel) is head of the Arbeitsstelle für kulturwissenschaftliche Forschungen in Engi/Switzerland. He has published monographs, edited volumes and articles on early modern cultural history. His research focuses on the history of disputations.Robert Seidel, Dr. phil. (1994, Heidelberg) is Professor of German literature at the Goethe-University, Frankfort on the Main. He has published books and articles on German and Latin literature of the early modern period as well as critical editions of several Neo-Latin authors.
