This book considers the impact of climate change on cities, advocating that people are the panaceas and antidote to mitigating climate change, by enhancing their involvement in achieving sustainable development Goals (SDGs).
Ali Cheshmehzangi, urbanist/urban designer by profession, is the Head of Department of Architecture and Built Environment and Director of Centre for Sustainable Energy Technologies (CSET), The University of Nottingham Ningbo, China. He is also Director of Urban Innovation Lab with an on-going project on low-carbon urban development.Ayotunde Dawodu is a Mechanical Engineering (BSc) and Sustainable Energy Engineering (MSc) graduate from the University of Lagos, Nigeria and the University of Nottingham, UK respectively. He is currently in the concluding year of his PhD research at the University of Nottingham, Ningbo, China (Department of Architecture and Built environment).
