Jérôme Ballet is Associate Professor at the University of Bordeaux, France. He works frequently with international agencies such as UNDP, UNEP, UNICEF and for NGOs. He is the author of Children and the Capability Approach.Augendra Bhukuth is Director of the International Institute for Social Sciences in Madagascar.
