Eugenio Caperchione is a professor of public management in the Department of Economics at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia (Italy). He served as the chair of the Comparative International Governmental Accounting Research (CIGAR) network and is a co-chair of the EGPA Permanent Study Group XII “Public Sector Financial Management.” He is a member of the editorial advisory board of Public Money & Management. He is one of the editors of the book series "Public Sector Financial Management"  by Palgrave Macmillan. He has been a visiting professor at the University of Kristianstad (Sweden), at the Institut d’Administration des Entreprises, Poitiers (France), at the University of Klagenfurt (Austria).Carmine Bianchi is a professor of public management in the Department of Political Sciences at the University of Palermo (Italy), where he is also the scientific coordinator of the CED4 System Dynamics Group. At Palermo, he is also director ofthe doctoral program “Model-Based Public Planning, Policy Design, and Management,” and of the Master of Public Management program. Prof. Bianchi is a member of the editorial board of the journals: International Journal of Public Administration, Public Administration Review, Public Management Review, and Public & Performance Management Review.
