Veland Ramadani is a Professor of Entrepreneurship and Family Business, as well as Vice-Rector for Planning, Research, and Entrepreneurship at South East European University, North Macedonia. In terms of areas of research interest, they are entrepreneurship, family firms, innovation, and sustainability. He has a vast number of publications under his name, authoring or editing 150 research papers, 90 book chapters, 15 textbooks, and 40 edited books. His scholarly contributions are prominently featured in reputed academic journals, including Journal of Business Research, Technological Forecasting & Social Change, Technology & Society, International Journal of Entrepreneurial Behavior & Research, Review of Managerial Science, among others. He was awarded the ‘Award for Excellence’ in 2016 as ‘Outstanding Paper Published by the Emerald Group Publishing,’ marking an exceptional scholarly contribution. The significance of research output is highlighted by being among the Top 2% World's Most Influential Researchers, as referred by Elsevier & Stanford University, consecutively for six years (2019-2025). Dr. Ramadani continues to remain actively involved with various projects, including others by the European Union and various university projects in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, & UAE. He also remains actively engaged as a consultant in private firms. Léo-Paul Dana is a Professorial Research Fellow at the Next Society Institute, Kazimieras Simonavičius University (Lithuania). A graduate of McGill University, he has held appointments including Marie Curie Fellow at Princeton University and Visiting Professor at INSEAD. His research has been published in leading journals such as Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, International Business Review, International Small Business Journal, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Small Business Management, Journal of World Business, Small Business Economics, and Technological Forecasting and Social Change.Sunčica Oberman Peterka is the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business in Osijek (since October 1, 2025) and a full professor with tenure. She teaches courses in entrepreneurship and strategy at the undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate levels. Before joining the University, she worked as a project manager, trainer, and consultant at the Osijek Centre for Entrepreneurship, where she now serves as a member of its Assembly. She has been a member of the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) research team for Croatia since 2002 and is also part of the CEPOR research team, the policy centre for small and medium-sized enterprises and entrepreneurship. She is a member of the European Council for Small Business and Entrepreneurship (ECSB), the Croatian Society of Economists, and the Croatian Corporate Governance and Management Society. Sunčica Oberman Peterka has participated in numerous EU-funded projects related to entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial education and regularly conducts workshops and lectures on these topics. She has been a member of the HEInnovate expert group (2022– 2025) and has taken part in multiple accreditation and reaccreditation processes organised by the Agency for Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Croatia (AZVO). Her areas of interest include entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial universities, authentic leadership, new venture creation, small business management and strategy, and the quality of higher education.Justina Shiroka-Pula holds an MA from the Faculty of Economics, University of Zagreb, and a PhD in Economics from the University of Prishtina. She has served as a Full Professor at the University of Prishtina, where she taught courses on Operations Management, Operations Research, Small Business Management, and Managerial Decision-making at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Her extensive research spans topics such as SME management, the informal economy, operations research, and decision-making, contributing significantly through numerous published research articles, books, reports, and studies. Additionally, Dr. Shiroka-Pula is a prominent figure in the academic community, serving as a full member and Vice President of the Kosovo Academy of Sciences and Arts, further enriching her contributions to academia and scholarly discourse in Kosovo and beyond.
