Följ med Tess Medina till städerna hon älskar: Los Angeles, Stockholm och Paris. Här har hon levt och funnit den matglädje som hon nu delar med sig av i À table med Tess. Från barndomens tuna melt i LA, till stekt strömming i ett frostigt Stockholm. Sedan går resan till Paris, där Tess som 20-åring njuter av stora mängder löksoppa, ost och rödvin – och på köpet lär sig förhandla med barska grönsakshandlare. Rolf Medina är född i Trelleborg och uppväxt i Eslöv. Han har en bakgrund som dataingenjör och är filosofie doktor i Management. Han är medgrundare till Future of Organizing AB där han numera ägnar all sin tid. 

Alicia Medina föddes i Montevideo, Uruguay. Hon kom till Sverige 1982 som flykting via FN. Efter 20 år i arbetslivet disputerade hon år 2012 i Strategi och Management. Hon ägnar sig nu på heltid åt konsultföretaget Future of Oranizing AB.
